**REFUND & RETURN POLICY 2024**
Overview
Let’s get real here. You know your size, and I’m running a one-man show. I cannot do exchanges or refunds if you bought the wrong size. All sizes are standard Gildan American mens sizes. You should know if you are a small or a large. I cannot do anything if you purchased the wrong size. If you accidentally added the wrong size to your cart and checked out, if you reach me at waifuwatchers@gmail.com before 7 business days, I’ll be happy to adjust your order in the back-end.
If your product arrives fucked up or something on the shirt or sticker is misprinted, then I will be happy to exchange the garment. You pay shipping one way, I pay shipping back. That’s fair i think. I will not ship your exchange until I have seen photos of your defect.
You have 30 days upon receiving your item to let me know if its fucked up or not. I highly doubt any of the products will be messed up, since I will be hand-packing every order myself. But in the event that I happen to miss something like a misprint I’m happy to accommodate with another shirt (but it may take some extra time). Just use my contact page to shoot me a message and we can figure it out.
Our refund and returns policy for merchandise with quality errors lasts 30 days upon receiving your items. If 30 days have passed since your order has arrived, we can’t offer you an exchange. The items must be brand new and unworn to qualify for any of this.
As it is explicitly stated on product pages and checkout, your pre-sale items can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to ship. There is no guaranteed processing time, and you can not cancel or refund your order due to the wait time. You were warned. I hope you understand. The only returns / exchanges will be on a case-by-case basis regarding mis-prints and manufacturing flaws.
I cannot offer any guarantee for lost/missing packages. There is nothing I can do there. If you do not select a shipping option with tracking there is nothing I can do if your package goes missing. I can work with you on resolutions if you chose shipping options that include tracking.
International Buyers
If you live anywhere outside America, I accept zero responsibility if your third-world ass mail system loses/lost your package. You know the risk. The only thing I can guarantee, is that your package is shipped to the address that you provided me at checkout. Anything beyond that is out of my hands. I will put zero effort in navigating your foreign country’s mail system to find your package. I will issue no refunds if a foreign countries mail-systems holding your package hostage. I’ve literally had someone in third-world rural Mexico try to get a refund because his package got stolen from his doorstep lol.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and bundle items
Only regular priced items may be refunded under specific conditions stated above (9/10 times you will get a product exchange). Sale items and bundles cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact page.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
